Why the Maywithers afraid of A-meth

I know for a fact Why the Mayweathers/maywithers afraid to fight with Manny Pacquiao because of this accusation that Manny was taking something called A-meth. Hahahahha!!....The Maywithers soo funny!....The only A-meth Manny has on is called Anting-anting method (A-meth)...LOL....
A-meth as in , Agimat Method.......aside from drugs he was accused of, manny takes Performance Enhancing Duck-eggs and A-meth.

What i find su****ious is why floyd jr. would nonchalantly accept what some people consider a RIDICULOUS stipulation of $10 million penalty, but reject outright a reasonable request of a random blood test up to 24 days before a fight with urine tests up to fight night with tests right after!
