"How is a guy going to turn down $100 million dollars? Tell me. A guy turns down a $100 million dollars because he doesn't want to take a test. Everybody takes a test. Everybody takes a blood test. He said 'I don't want to take no blood test'. You don't want to take a blood test? All fighters take blood tests. We ain't saying he didn't want to fight. He didn't want to take the test. That's what we're saying. People want to see it but you can't make a fight when a motherf**ker don't want to take a test."

"Every fighter in the history of the sport of boxing - they all take a test. Not Floyd. Not Ali. Not Pacquiao. But every motherf**ker [who] laced them gloves up. If he's going to fight in that ring, he's going to take a test. It ain't about whether Floyd will take the test. Floyd has no problem taking a test. This motherf**ker don't want to take the test. That's why the fight didn't happen. He got that **** in him, that's why he didn't to take the test. If I'm fighting you, and I believe that you have something illegal inside your ass and I telling you take a test, you taking the same test that I'm taking but you don't want to take it. That tells you already that he has something in his motherf**king system."
roger is telling the truth, pac wanted a 24 day cutoff because he would be weakened by the blood test but then he takes a blood test only 20 days before his fight with clottey? while still in training and beating up sparring partners? why wasnt he weakened by the test he took a few days ago? pacgwire has ran out of excuses and simply doesnt want RANDOM testing cuz he has something to hide. the secret is in ariza's special blends!

Team Pac felt intimidated and threatened and mentally beat. As Roach explained Pac wasn't ready for a fighter like Mayweather in March.... If anything is clear, that surely was!

Get ABC, NBC and FOX news on this ****. They are masters at feeding people bull****. You think what Sr says is crazy, let them get in on this...... lol we would have a show then~!
Rogers just straight up jelious. He's sounding like a fool. There is no way anyone can defend this garbage. Since when was Manny going to make 100 million dollars? This is embarrassing.

Yea every fighter takes the test, Pacquiao was going too as well, even additional ones after the fight. It's OST that Pacquiao doesn't want. It's not supported by the commission and it demands random blood testing throughout camp. Which in my mind would suck. But either way, Floyd is not the commission, he is not above boxing.

If drugs is the only way Pacquiao made it to the top, why haven't others used it? ****** Mayweather has just convinced himself he's right because his roid comments sparked some interest -- but he doesn't know how foolish he looks.

must be.. they ridicule their first mistake on accusing PAC is on roids so that theyll have much lighter penalties on the case PAC filed against them..

            1. If floyd jr. was really interested in cleaning the sport, then he wouldn't have advocated an out of date, practically useless test that in the decades it has been used only was able to catch ONE SOLITARY CHEAT using HGH.

            ONLY ONE.

            2. Manny was willing to submit himself to random urine tests up to the fight night. Urine tests which are capable of detecting HGH, PEDS and steroids. In other words, whatever blood tests can detect, urine tests can detect as well, thus making it just as good if not BETTER than random blood tests.
            3. Urine tests are much better than blood tests in that not only is it not invasive and thus is safe, a person can be expected to urinate at least twice a day and thus enable them to be tested even daily if floyd wanted it.

            4. Which is better: RANDOM BLOOD TESTS UP TO 14 DAYS BEFORE A FIGHT, or daily urine tests UP TO THE DAY OF THE FIGHT?

Of course, daily tests up to the day of the fight are much better. But why then did floyd jr. INSIST in the inferior alternative?

            5. For those who keep on asking why Manny would say no to $40 million over a blood test, i have this question: Why did floyd throw away $40 million over a practically useless random blood test when a better alternative in urine tests were available?

                  were available?
There is a great deal of misinformation, propaganda, misleading statements and foolishness on the internet in general but with regards to the drama surrounding the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao potential super fight the internet 'conspiracy theory' engine is in hyper-drive.

Chat rooms, forums and barber shops are the perfect and appropriate venues for the age-old and highly entertaining 'my man will beat your man' debate. I get it and believe me I enjoy hearing the theories and passionate opinions while sitting in the barber's chair.

                  But certain facts remain.

No test is perfect and chemists both legitimate an otherwise recognize their inherent limitations. The current urine detection method for sports related banned substances does not adequately detect human growth hormone (Hgh) and its' ability to detect EPO is somewhat controversial.

Furthermore, the current methods related to detecting Hgh in blood samples are only useful for about 48 hours after injection; after which the tests reliability drops dramatically.

Therefore from a medical or scientific perspective, Floyd Mayweather is supported in his conclusion that to adequately test for banned substances, blood must be drawn randomly.

Scheduled sampling and cut-off dates serve only to provide necessary information for unfair manipulation of the system.

The true athletic benefits of these banned substances are a matter of debate and further research. But at this time they remain banned.

But please, don't let facts enter into the discussion...they rarely have before.
