    Mayweather not rated by WBOgus

Any thoughts on why the WBOgus does not rate Floyd Mayweather Jr. anywhere? I have contacted them for some clarification, but they have not responded.

Even if you hate the man, can you honestly say he does not deserve to ranked among the top 15 Welterweights in the world?

His last 3 fights haven't been against welterweights.

Why would anyone sanely rate him at welterweight, if hes not fighting welterweights there?

why should they rank him at welterweight?

he hasn't fought a welterweight in 4 years.

You can bet your life that if Floyd decided to fight for the WBO title they would rank him real fast. All those parasite organizations count on their percentage from major fights, and any Mayweather fight is major.

I think this issue is more about the credibility of the WBO as an organization than anybody who feels like hating on Mayweather. He is a returning former weterweight champion whose last fight was at 146 (regardless of his opponent). Last time I checked, that is within the Welterweight division.

So, if you do not rate Mayweather at Welterweight, where do you rate him then?
The WBC and WBA both have him as their #1 contender. Do you not rank him simply because you don't like him?

I mean, you know what, lets just rate Pacquiao and Mosley at lightweight,

even though they haven't fought there in quite a while,

            yea, that makes sense.

Look at the first 2 comments to this thread. Tels you all you need to know. Thes guys say Floyd doesnt deserve to be ranked at WW but would PRISE Pac if he beat Floyd. A guy who ISNT a Top 15 WW in their eyes.

Berto has been fighting 140 Pound fighters and hes ranked. Their argument is flawed.

I know. I tried to start an intelligent discussion about the credibilty of a boxing organization and their suspect rankings. It is unfortunate that some people cannot see because their eyes are filled with hate. Might as well discuss religion with the Taliban.
