I saw it a very long time ago so i dont remember who i thought one. I do remember it was a very sloppy fight.

I remember watching the fight and being thoroughly disapointed with the decision. It was a close fight, only because of the point deductions.

IIRC, the winner of this fight was for the Linear and Undisputed @ WW.

From theis fight the WW linear lineage goes: Mayorga to Spinks to Judah to Baldomir to Mayweather.

Mayorga came to fight, while Spinks came to do everything in his power NOT to fight. Its was actually quite frustrating to watch. It was a typical Spinks. Run like a deer, flick jabs in the air, and hold when close. Only this time, he through himself on the ground a few times when he was in trouble of getting rocked. It also doesnt help that the ref that night ****** big time.
