Who won the Cory Spinks-Ricardo Mayorga fight?

I have never seen this fight. Is it any good? I may have to download it.

Mayorga is the aggressor, throwing wild haymakers, keeps coming forward. Spinks is using his jab a lot in this fight, trying to keep Mayorga at bay, but as soon as Mayorga puts pressure on him - He falls on his ass on purpose. He wanted none of Mayorga that night. I think he "slipped" 5-6 times in the fight.

I think Don King knew Mayorga would always sell. With or without the belts, Mayorga had the good.

Spinks on the other hand needed all the help he could get. The belts made Spinks.

But Don King wasnt done yet, a year later made him fight Trinidad at a weight he shouldnt have been at. After being in jail, with only a few weeks to train.
