There is very little buzz for Pacquiao vs Clottey

In the general public I mean...Ive asked plenty of my friends and most didn't even know Pacquiao was fighting...My question, do big fights such as this one suffer due to the lack of 24/7? I think when the general public is able to follow these guys for weeks leading up the fight the anticipation builds, and without that it seems like just another fight...HBO spoiled us

it's not the lack of 24/7, it's the opponent. i'm a pretty big pac fan but this fight doesn't pump me up at all.

People could be just contemplating on how to save for the Pacquiao, then Mosley fight only two months away. It becomes very expensive for some.

But I predict Dallas gates could reach 50,000, even 80,000 if far seats cost 15 dollars.

Alot of the general public didnt know Cotto. I dont think its the opponent. I think if there was a 24/7 for this it would be a lot more interesting. I think its gonna do poorly on ppv due to the lack of 24/7

Probably because people are dissapointed by May-Pac not happening, and because no one thinks that Clottey is going to win.
