Man ... if Tszyu lands the shots on Hatton that he landed on Mitchell ... it's gonna be a ****ing short night!

One thing we don't know for sure is if Hatton's chin can take a flush shot from a top-tier guy, and keep going. Both Corrales and Castillo had shown that previous to their meeting.

I say it's not gonna' be a very long fight, despite Ricky's impeccable training and inside skills. Hatton will not respond very well to the first good right hand from Zoo and, in an effort to appease his hometown boys, he'll start to move forward into a good stiff jab and many more rights .... ga' night Ricky. To beat Zoo, you'll need to bring something more than an inside fight plan. Without being effective at a distance, you'll need to move inside the right hand range .... ****!

Believe me, I didn't have that much respect for Tszyu because fo his inactivity and the way he seemed to be wrestling Sharmba in the first fight, taking advantage of his injury ...

When he came out throwing ****ing bombs that took all the fight outta Sharmba despite his own desire and then turned it up a notch to get him outta there ... I can't take nothing from this guy.

His poise and confidence combined with his calm aggression is reminiscent of a damn assassin.

I think he'll take the bravado outta Ricky too!

i think the fight will not be an all out war at all.........Tszyu is old, and this would not work in his favour. I can see Tszyu taking it easy for the first few rounds and then picking his sledge hammer shots in the middle rounds....

          Tszyu mid round TKO.

I don't think that Kostya Tszyu is going to be able to keep Hatton off him. No fighter in the past has been able to stop Hatton fighting at Hatton's pace.

I think Kostya Tszyu is definatly the favourite... But I think he's gonna have a VERY uncomfortable night in there!

Go England, eh Martin? Good for you supporting the home boy.

I agree that Kostya won't have any easy night, as you say, keeping Hatton off of him. But remember, Zoo will not be keeping his back to the ropes, like so many other guys have done with Ricky and paid dearly. Zoo won't be letting Ricky get any freebees by taking time-off and letting Hattin unload on his ribs, it's not in Zoo's book.

              I see two things ...

              1) Stiff jab and huge counter rights from Kostya.
              2) Ricky getting tied-up by Zoo at every opportunity, when too close. Might get a boo or two from the crowd, but it's not gonna' be point deduction stuff, just smart.

Either way, it's gonna' be one hell of a night. A bunch of UK guys in my office are approaching me wanting to arrange a big screen showing, so it's gonna' be a good night o' stout and brown ale boys, Canadian style.

LOL!... Hey Man it would be rude considered RUDE if I didn't get behind my boy!!!

Ricky is not the one trick pony he get's labelled as!... He throw's very effective faints, and has excellent head movement! Kostya Tszyu will DEFINATLY need to bring more than a jab to beat Hatton!

I'm a BIG Ricky Hatton fan and I've watched him his whole career (almost). Ricky will be the guy tieing Tsyzu up as that is his style. I've sat there and watched Ricky's fights a lot of times and I can see very clearly how he fights. He faints, lands a few shots and ties the other fella up... Then he lands the heavy body shots and HOLDS again... And at that point the referee breaks!

There are a few other moves he does throwing a flurry of shots, stepping to make the opponent cover up, stepping sideways and landing a perfect solar-plexuis shot and again holding.

Munn, I'm not a ****head fan that doesn't know about the sport but loves to see people getting knocked out... I used to be a pretty handy Amatuer... And I do like to study boxing styles, because if it's done right... To me seems like watching poetry.

Last time I saw true poetry in the ring was Mosely against De La Hoya!

Tszyu vs Hatton will be different from that epic slugfest that chico and castillo had. Even though both castillo and Hatton are good inside fighters I think the overall fight will not be as close as corrales/castillo cause JlC is better than Hatton P4P and Tszyu is better than Chico P4P. Also Tszyu is too old and too smart to fight Ricky's fight on the inside like Chico did. He will clinch and hit hitman on every opportunity and **** him with his let hook when Hatton will move out. That will set up the righ hand and Tszyu's right hand is something to be reckon with.

That's my opinion on the fight...Tszyu has beatn fighters that are much better than hatton, while hatton has beaten a lot of "has beens" and "never wases"...I really can't see how hatton can win this fight, he loves to attack the body, but that leaves you open, and tszyu is a master at exploiting openings...I think this fight will end in a TKO by Tszyu...
