Most of which the body expends by itself. No normal person can burn 3500 calories a day through exercise alone. I usually do 800 to 1000 (which takes an hour and a bit) per session, and leave the rest to nature - i.e. just by walking around, sleeping, sitting, and existing.
Then again, I only eat about 1000 to 1500 calories a day. Sometimes none at all. Weight draining is gooooooooooooooood!Comment
