I don't think anyone can doubt Toney's boxing ability, even as a fat piece of **** he was able to compete with some of the best Heavyweights.

I don't care so much for his trash talk, but i do appreciate that he will fight anyone.

Well, Toney hasn't done anything relevant in the last couple years. But he has some of the best craft and defense you will ever see even nowadays, despite being old, fat, and possibly going senile.

He's been fighting for like 20 years too, and never been ko'ed. He's an old school type of fighter who uses real defense, like ducking, blocking, and slipping, not running and dancing. He's one of the few guys like Whitaker who actually made defense look exciting.

dude has extreme skills, its just lazy in the gym, there was a recent interview with "freddie Roach saying Toney is the most gifted fighter he was ever trained" and boy has he trained some good one.

Not the Toney that gave Barkley an ass-whippin he's will never forget - Not the Toney that derailed one of the best fighter's of he era {Second to Nunn} - Not the Toney who did what I thought Impossible at the time, beating McCallum The body snatcher.

I could go on and on about Toney prior to HW ..... that is the Toney that nobody wanted to fight.
