He didn't have bricks in his gloves, he had a hardened plaster like substance. I would imagine it would break an opponent down faster, not ktfo his opponents. Marg isn't exactly a heavy hitter anyway. He always won by constant pressure. Anyway, damage affects everyone differently, both long term and short term.
