I firmly believe Pac is "using", either he is aware or not(mix inside his protein drink by either Ariza/Roach "Here, gulp this!"). For a 146lbs the training he endures that day (about 5000 cal he actually burn 500 more) for a normal human is impossible. Unless you "boost up" it can't be done, evn with huge willpower and people support.

Is everyone assuming he eats that much a day? He could take supplements (legal ones!) and his nutritionist selects exactly the right amount of calories for his extreme workouts.

7000 could be an exaggeration but he will be taking in much more than average people of his size and weight.

I want to believe that too but NO my friend, he does that! And even burns even more (5500 cal a day). 5000 just to maintain the weight.

wow, and you know this because? Youre discrediting a professional (Teri Tom) who at least has her Masters in nutritional science.

read her book re: Manny and Amir Kahns diet, it explains all of this.

Until then, shut the **** up. Armchair nutritionists and experts given us lessons? shiiiyttt...

              I like this part
(about 5000 cal he actually burn 500 more)
like he recorded this info some where.

Yeah and you know more about nutrition and sports than Teri Tom (summa cumlaude and a masters degree holder in nutritional science) and Ariza combined, right?

This is why I find people accusing pac using steroid insane and then blame it all on Ariza when he is not the only one dealing with pac and his nutrition.

its not impossible. my weight gainer is 1200 calories per serving and i take it 4 times a day, plus im on creatine maintenance phase. im currently at 152, pretty much same build as pac, ill prolly look ripped like him once i shed all th ewater weight. pac is taking protein/weight gainer shakes, not all 7000 cal is food.

pac is not a "normal" human.

pac can easily burn 5000 cal during his training sessions thats why they gotta give him more to maintain.
