Mosley AGREEING and Mosley being forced are two different things. Mosley wants Mayweather and has nothing to hide, so he accepts the tests because he wants to whoop Mayweather's ass.

Pacquiao turns down the fight because he has something to hide.

Its all about proof. There is no solid proof that Pac uses PED. Pac records is crystal clear since way back.

85 % correct. The other 15% that you forget to mention is the fact, if he make steriod aligations it would hurt the promotion of his fight. It would supports Mayweather reasoning, thus taking the sub-par draw power Pacquiao has and flush it down the toilet.

Joshua Clotey and his manager knows the rules perfectly. It is the commission that can make changes to the existing regulations. Mayweather and his group is asking the champion Manny Pacquiao to take the blood test, why...we don't know. They said Oscar Dela Hoya the promoter of Floyd Mayweather Jr. got some connections with this people that can do the blood test.

By Keith Idec - Joshua Clottey seems as certain that Manny Pacquiao isn’t on steroids as he is that he will win their welterweight title fight March 13 in Arlington, Texas.

Clottey refused to support suggestions from Floyd Mayweather Sr. and Floyd Mayweather Jr. regarding Pacquiao’s possible use of performance-enhancing drugs on a conference call to promote their fight. After getting to know Pacquiao during the press tour for their HBO Pay-Per-View main event, Clottey cannot bring himself to suspect Pacquiao of wrongdoing.

Mayweather’s supporters surely will call Clottey naďve, but Clottey couldn’t care less.

“I don’t want to do that, because I respect him so much,” Clottey said. “He’s a very nice guy. I feel comfortable around him. He’s a nice, classy guy. He respects everybody. … I don’t think Manny Pacquiao does [steroids]. But if he does that, then that is cheating the sport.”

Clottey (35-3, 20 KOs, 1 NC), a Bronx, N.Y., resident raised in Ghana, understands why steroid speculation has swirled around Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs) now that he has dominated Oscar De La Hoya, Ricky Hatton and Miguel Cotto in his last three fights. Clottey isnt being naive,he knows Pacquiao's ass is roided.It's just his bargaining power isnt much so he takes whatever he's given.He just wants a pay day and it's not wise to feed the hand that bites him.An attack on Pacquiao would be an attack on Arum so he will just have to fight this cheat.

Trust is out of question,Pacquiao cheated on his wife so anyone who brings trust in this is damn right not very wise.Trust doesnt stop people from cheating and until Pacquiao does random blood tests he will always be a dubious person in boxing circles

This will be the first WW fight in which Pacquiao will take on a boxer that has been fighting in the WW division for the past few years, the opposing fighter is not weight drained or the fight has weight limitations (catchweight or fight night weight restrictions).

A step in the right direction if Pacquiao wants to be really taken seriously at WW. As a matter of fact, this will be his toughest fight since the Marquez II fight because he will be fighting a fighter that has not been recently KO'd or is weight drained.

Yeah, but that doesn't change the fact that Fraud Jr is terrified of Pac. To deny it is like not believing in the law of gravity. The thing is, the most anticipated boxing match (Pac/Fraud) may well just be the most boring fight in boxing history. I could imagine Fraud Jr would just run around like a headless chicken avoiding Pac's straight left. Naa. I'm no longer interested.
