What did Floyd ask for besides random testing?

I've seen a lot of guys on here saying "Floyd and his ****** Demand(s).
Besides random blood and urine tests, what else did he propose?

From my understanding the split was 50/50..both agreed.
Manny wanted it at 47.....he got that.
Manny wanted 8oz gloves, he got that.
Manny wanted 10mill per. He got that.

Everything Manny wanted he seemed to get. So besides Random testing up till fight night, what else did Floyd demand?

We all know pretty much "why". And I've heard the same chatter from Pac fans "Why now?" like we/they don't already know.
But all that doesn't matter, the bottom line is this.

Floyd gave Manny what he asked for, no stalls. Floyd asked for "Random, up till fight night blood and urine for BOTH guys"
Team Pac came with the 3 sample deal (snag 1)
Team Pac came with 24 days and after the fight (snag 2)
Floyd offers to meet at 14 days.. I know people have been lead to believe that 14 day was offered after the deal was a wash, but there is video proof of Roach basically lying saying they offered Floyd 14 days.

So in a nutshell, what did Floyd "Demand" besides random testing up till 14 days, that caused this fight not to happen?

the whole thing is ******, manny and freddy sayin we will only do what the state commision ask but floyd has to pay 10mill per pound, now that doesnt seem reasonable, i know tht he sed within a certain time frame etc for the testin but it was total b/s...o well gd luck to him against clottey

Just one demand, and that was to be sure he isnt fighting a dirty fighter and vice-versa.. Funny thing was the test was in the contract from the beginning, My conclusion was Roach talked Pac into a fight that Pac wasnt ready for and they looked for a way out, Got Clottey to cancel his fight 3 weeks before they pull out of the Mayweather fight and they use Paulie M's name to distract people's attention from Clottey.
