Mayweather asked for 1 thing and even agreed to budge with the testing cut off date. Pacquiao got the gloves and chose the date. They agreed to a venue of Vegas. Pacquiao couldn't budge on 1 thing. He wouldn't even agree to cuttin off the testing date at the half way point leading up to the fight.
