I like Hatton, but I'm glad this poll is one-sided. Mayorga would demolish Hatton at 147. A prime Mayorga had speed, power, granite chin, strong as a bull, haymakers from all different angles.. Hatton's chin would not be able to withstand Mayorga's punches.

Mayorga batters Hatton and ends the fight quickly. Then they go out for beers together afterward. Then Mayorga beats him up again.

I love Mayorga, but I think Ricky beats him. He'd outsmart and out hustle him. Hatton has trouble with slick and accurcate fighters. Mayorga is neither. It'd be a slugfest, but I think Hatton's grappling and pressure could survive his way onto a 12 round decision. I think the fight would be competitive, but I think Ricky would pull it out.

Prime hatton was at 140, hatton was never that good at 147. My heart wants me to say Hatton would win, but my head says its not a good matchup for him... Lets go prime for prime and drop em down to Hattons weight of 140, then perhaps... but 147, I imagine the fight gets stopped

TS said that this is the 147 pound Ricky Hatton from the Collazo and Mayweather fights. I don't see that Hatton having any chance of winning a fight against a prime 147 Ricardo Mayorga.
