A good/great fighter always sees things that are wrong with what he's doing. That's what makes them great/ good.

Every fighter goes through the motions of getting older, but it's not to say Floyd is going to get the Antonio Tarver type of treatment against Mosley or anyone.

I've always said Floyd will lose a fight or 2 later in his career to younger, fresher opponents.

Yes I see sign of slippage in Mayweather. Back then he could dodge the Mosley fight and still look smooth. Now he can't do that anymore, his ducking and dodging skill isn't on par as before.

I think his performance against Marquez was very impressive, but i'll admit with him slipping slightly since his prime. The thing is even slipping slightly he's still faster then most fighters today, and his boxing skills will keep him at the top of the sport long after his reflexes are past their prime.

Once that leaves, you better believe Floyd will bow out of the sport. Reflexes also have a lot to do with your movement and footwork. Without those, Floyd's style that got him to where he is will no longer be effective.

A Pac fight would really bring the best out of him
His reflexes are the only thing I've noticed, but god knows what weight he was against JMM so it's not surprising
I don't think Mosley is going to bother him much at all, so I expect to see a typical Floyd performance.

Inactivity is a part of it, he doesn't throw as much as he used to and seems lazier in the right, but when your getting up there in your early-mid 30's and taking 2 years off, it's impossible to look top notch.

He is 33 years old, not 23. He's also a former SFW fighting at WW and has fought as high as JMW. He started his whole boxing career at 106lbs in the Amateurs. It's around this age that boxers, no matter how good they are, show signs of slipping. I'll give him 2 more years to officially show signs of being past prime. So by 36 he'll be very beatable by some young up & coming lion like Versatile 2K10, imo.

I think Mayweather, like B-Hop can go late into his career on skill.
