He didn't refuse to be drug tested. He refused to be tested by Floyd's demands. It's a game of chicken, and both sides are trying to make the other side look like the desperate one. Pac doesn't need the money, he knows he can fight other welters and make plenty of money while waiting for Floyd to blink first.

I understand Arum of putting Margarito's name in.. Mayweather's recent comment of comparing his PPV sales was another way of ducking Pacquiao all over again. He should compare that to Pac-Cotto.
