You're all butt hurt about the situation. hahahaha The fact is Manny refused a two week cut off date then turns around and tells everyone he won't take the test the day of the fight because he needs 3 to 4 days to recover. 3 to 4 days!!! First off, you could look at them and see they went from being skinny as all hell to muscle bound workout warriors. The physical transformations for guys like Bonds and McGwire were astounding. That's not there for Pac at all, he looks like he would if a 126 pounder started fighting at 147.

Second, even though there was no testing or proof there were plenty of people speculating. Sources close to those teams and reporters who covered them had plenty of substantial evidence along with the physical transformations that it was obvious. None of that exists with Pacquiao either, just a rival fighter who is trying to tear Pac down. That's the only source any of these accusations are coming from.

I wouldn't be shocked to find out about any PED use but I wouldn't be shocked to find out ANY athlete is using PEDs these days. You could tell me Floyd and Paulie Malignaggi got busted for some PED and I wouldn't be surprised. That doesn't mean we should assume guilt until proven innocent if there is nothing to back up these claims besides a jealous rival pointing fingers and starting witch hunts.

Pac not agreeing to the testing is Pac not wanting to bow down to Floyd Mayweather. Simple as that until you give me something to suggest he is on PEDs.

He didn't refuse to be drug tested. He refused to be tested by Floyd's demands. It's a game of chicken, and both sides are trying to make the other side look like the desperate one. Pac doesn't need the money, he knows he can fight other welters and make plenty of money while waiting for Floyd to blink first.
