i would offer what is fair.....the first time around 50% was fair........this time it is not........i would offer 60%, or 55%.


If it were up to me all PED and illicit drug testing for boxing would be outsourced to USADA and they would test at their discretion..........that's it......it's actually really simple you see.........yet there is a level of intertia and resistance to change at almost every level in boxing you won't find in any organisation.....

thats why its not up to you. This usada thing, i like how you guys adopted this as gods gift from heaven. And theres probably only reason/person I can think why....And he's not even fully commited. Floyd not in out of competition pool testing? Im sure if it were up to USADA he would be...but its not.
Again, just back everything floyd does. Your life is simpler that way
