A.T.G's are remembered for their wars, eg. Ali vs Fraser - Hearns vs Hagler - Pac vs Morales.
Pretty boy? I dont think he's in that catagory. I do agree he is the most technically gifted boxer of our generation... and a defensive genius, but i dont think the mainstream will remember who he is 25 years from now. IMOComment

A guy as skilled as Floyd will never be forgotten.Comment

Did you seriously just group Pac vs Morales along with Ali vs Frasier and Hagler vs. Hearns? No... just no.A.T.G's are remembered for their wars, eg. Ali vs Fraser - Hearns vs Hagler - Pac vs Morales.

By Boxing fans yes, ill certainly remember him.
But what im saying is, the world who dont even know anything about the sport have heard who the legends are like Ali, Sugar Ray, Tyson.
The mainstream love a fighter, they love a showpiece of knockouts and wars. Pretty boy wont come to mind, sorry.Comment

Pac (1.)the first 7 weight division titles, (2.)the first 4 lineal titles and (3.)the first boxer fighting from 106 up to 147 rolled into one person is very hard to duplicate. We may never see a fighter like this for many generations. Someone may break one of his record but 3 all together? I don't think so. Its safe to say now he's once in a lifetime fighter.
Floyd. How I wish if he only has half of Pacs heart. He could be GOAT and still undefeated.Last edited by whirlwind; 02-24-2010, 09:22 PM.Comment
