      TOP 10 at LEAST....

Downplaying any fighters accomplishment is doable. But he has done things noone else before him was able to. and he didnt just beat bigger men he destroyed them.

Steward even hates him. I wonder how merchant's list looks.....

This is the reason why you're my favorite Manny fan on here and you don't act like a ******* who treats Manny like a God.

I have Manny around 20-25 and Floyd in the late 40's. Manny will keep on moving higher if he keeps on dominating boxing, but people are crazy to say the man is already in the top 5-10 before his career is over.
There is just so many great fighters in history that is so hard to put Manny so high up there. A lot of fans like to use the 7 titles in 7 divisions and 4 lineal titles as proof that he is in the top 5-10 all time. Because nobody else has done it. Which is true and it is a hell of an accomplishments. If it was so easy somebody else of this era would of done it by now. But, that is when I like to point out that B. Leonard, Greb, Armstrong, Steele, Langford, McClarnin, Fitzsimmons, Robinson, Moore, Charles. All these fighters would of accomplished all of this if they fought in an era of 4 titles and 17 weight divisions... But, they fought in an era of ONE title and 8 weight divisions. So it is unfair to those fighters to say Pac is greater cuz he had this accomplishments and the didn't. That is why I don't put Pac ahead of most of those fighters I mentioned. I do have Pac ahead of McClarnin and Steele. But, Pac would have to accomplshed more to be rank ahead of the otheres IMO.

Just cuz if Floyd beats Shane and Pac does not make him greater than Pac. For example. Leonard beat Benitez, Duran 2x, Hearns 2x, and Hagler. Duran beat Leonard once, lost to Benitez, got destroyed by Hearns, and lost to Hagler. And, yet a few historians rank Duran higher than Leonard... My point is that winning head-to-head match ups does not make you a greater fighter...
Guys on here act like Manny was this dominate his whole career and cleaned out every single division he was in.

This is my point about Manny. He's nowhere near the top 10 right now in his career because other guys were better boxers than him and have better resumes than Manny. Manny can keep moving up if he keeps dominating boxing like he's doing right now. Let's wait and see how Manny ends his career before we start saying he's the greatest of all time, top 5 ATG, etc.

Pacquiao is not a top 5 fighter in any division he was in......he ranks very high P4P but he never had the longevity in a division....you can argue he is a Top 10 Featherweight but you can't make the same arguement for any other weight class he has fought in because he never dominated it....

I want to point out that McClarnin did the same thing though. He fought Pancho Villa(Who was the first ATG Filipino fight) near the Flyweight division. And, went up all the way up to WW and destroyed Young Corbett III in 1 round. Young Corbett is far greater than Hatton was. And, McClarnin also destroyed the WW champ in Benny Leonard in 6 rounds. Leonard was far greater than Oscar and Cotto. So some stuff Pac has done it has been done before. The only thing that Pac has achieved that has never been done in over a 100yrs of history is that he won the lineal flyweight title and won the lineal featherweight title. Those are two of the original 8 weight-classes. Nobody has ever done that. Which is phenomenal that Pac accomplished that feat. And, then he kept on going which makes it even more crazy...

How can they put Manny ahead of the some of the guys you listed in your post? So many great fighters you can put in the top 5 that it's hard to even make a top 10 list that everyone agrees with.

7 titles in 7 weight classes in an amazing accomplishment, but he needs way more than just that to be considered in the top 10.
