A good read.....particularly the last sentance......which is why every boxing fan should support what Mayweather is proposing.......

Boxing needs to contract out it's testing to WADA or the USADA....this gives boxing instant credibility and avoids conflicts of interest...
I don't blame Roach and pac for refusing this test, it is not required by the comission that governs boxing and until it is, he should not have to adhere to this just to appease Floyd. if Floyd has a problem with this he should make an appeal to the comission, and if they deem this necessary nthan so be it. Until than he should shut the f**k up and color. No one man is bigger than the sport and floyd is not the one to implement this. I don't want to hear anything about Shane being willing to submit to this: First Shane has proven to be positive of PED's in the past. Second he has no choice, and he would agree to anything to get a major fight. Shane unlike Manny has no other options, and once again has already tested positive. Don't get me wrong I like Shane but in his position it is not as outrageous. That being said if he refused it I would not hate on him because once again it is not required by the comission. The comission is the only one with the ability to implement change not Floyd!!!!!!

It's not about any one man being bigger than the sport or any other bull****......Pac fans should not defend him for not agreeing to Floyds stipulation.

It does not matter why Floyd asked or what his intentions were. I don't care what the motivation was......

                - He wanted a mental edge

                - He really does think Pac is on something and he wants to be sure before they fight that he is clean

                - He is afraid of Manny and hoped it would **** can the fight....

Whichever one of those you believe is irrelevant (as a side note if u believe the last one u need to get off Pacs nuts). As a fan of boxing you should want and demand the best drug testing protocols avaliable to make sure the sport of boxing is clean. This is a brutal sport, we can't have guys cheating, whether it is PED's or illegal wraps....Pac fans support for Pac refusing and their silly justifications just do not cut the mustard.....

So floyds motivations to me are completely irrelevant........as a fan of boxing i ant it across the board for all fights and fighters....no excuses.....there is enough money in boxing to pay WADA it's required fee........

He was caught by a random blood/urine test during out of season. There's been no call for boxing to use year round testing, even by Mayweather.

                      i read the article.

"the united kingdom anti doping agency requires players to submit random samples during the regular season and offseason"

i dont know much about rugby but isnt it currently their offseason at the moment???

so for that player to test positive during the offseason, the logic still supercedes floyd's demands for random testing during training camp.
