Hatton, Marquez, Gatti, Corrales, etc... I can keep going baby!!!! with the exception of maybe the Baldomir fight he has actually been very entertaining. Hatton, Marquez, Judah, Gatti, Corales, De La Hoya, etc... you were tuned in 100% and you know it. Mayweather is the most entertaining fighter/charecter in boxing today hands down! FYI PAC/clottey = no 24/7. Mayweather/mosley= 24/7 all day.
Mayweather's offense is severely underrated

Agreed, his footwork is second to none.Forget the amount he throws just the fact that he can offensively fight anyway so well, on the outside, inside, In the pocket, going forward, going backwards, etc.... and can throw every type of punch with either hand. And not look sloppy, unbalanced, or lost doing any of it.Comment

It's more detrimental to your rhythm getting hit off balance or when you're in motion of trying to punch.this is complete utter bull****. If he was throwing more he would be landing more if he is so accurate. Also throwing punches weather you hit or not does a lot to upset your opponents offense. as far as his great formula.
If someone is swinging and swinging, once you get their rhythm sorted out you can time them. Morales vs Pacquiao 1 is a good example of this.Comment

Two points:
I think the problem is that people would like to see him apply his offense on someone who is on his or close to his level, he wouldn't be able to produce those numbers in a competitive fight and thats always been the problem in his career.
The fact that his defense is so incredible people are always gonna pay more attention to it, same with pernell whitaker. Floyd's offense is clearly A grade but ray leonard, he is not, a fighter he is often compared toComment

How so when it's barely mentioned?Originally posted by tanibananaOn the otherhand, I really feel Mayweather's offense is severely OVERRATED.Comment

lolz..... we'll see.
out of 40 fights, you can only find 1, where he was outlanded?
there's no doubt, floyd relies more heavily on his defense, than most other fighters, but to say his offensive game is weak, or lacking, when he's outlanded his opponents in 39 of 40 fights, is crazy.Comment

I was agreeing. I think his numbers are impressive but I don't think he pulls the trigger like he used to before 147. I do think his offense in underrated however.lolz..... we'll see.
