Let history decide that. Some boxers easily get forgotten, specially those who turn up in really boring fights.

      hatred makes people blind...

odlh came on weighing less during fight night at his own will.. he wants to challenge the 147 guys that's why he came in "light" thinking he will reclaim his 147 speed..

raheem who? that one hit wonder? zahir was supposed to fight pac instead of EM before PAC-EMII... but EM chose to fight zahir instead of the rugged vazquez, and we all know what happens..EM lost lopsidedly and pac stopped vazquez..

pac fought diaz in his first fight north of 130. casamayor lost to sta cruz in all the fans eyes.. yes, sta cruz whom diaz koed.. and even if pac fought and koed casamayor, haters will say he is too damn old for pac..

where was bradley and peterson during that time? even if pac beat them, haters would say they are just undefeated tomato cans and too green for pac.. just like what happens to all the undefeated fighters pac have fought before..

Every fighters record can be criticised and their opponents questioned.

Pac is great, no amount of match making and catchweights can stop him being called great.

But i wouldnt say he is better than Jones, Whitaker, JCC, Floyd etc.

          * Pacquiao’s only loss over that period was a disputed unanimous decision to Morales in 2005, which Pacquiao avenged with a massive TKO 10 victory in 2006
And that is how the post lost credibility.

His loss against Morales was as clear as the difference between night and day.

Pac beat a hatton that spanked Paul so hatton wasnt coming offa loss. He was trained by the legendary Floyd senior. DLH werent coming off a loss. Neither was Cotto. Neither was JMM and Barreral.

So who exactly came off a loss before Pac beat them. Yes most of Pacs opponents had lost at least once in their careers if im not mistaken. But so what?
Pac sstill beat them more impressively than they had ever been beat

Nope... Mosley Didn't beat Cotto. Mosley was tainted with Roids with the DLH fight. Pac dominates Cotto & DLH and makes Floyd shiver in fear. Pac is the Best welter currently.

Nobody will beat PAC @ 165 below. This is good for about at least 5 more years. True story..
