  • Comments Thread For: Arthur Abraham's Trainer Questions Andre Dirrell's Injury

Ulli Wegner, the trainer of undefeated super middleweight Arthur Abraham, is questioning the validity of Andre Dirrell's back injury. They were scheduled to fight in the second stage of Showtime's Super Six tournament on March 6. Dirrell withdrew with a back injury. The fight was postponed to March 27. [Click Here To Read More]

Why doesn't he just cry about it, what a sorry ass hypocrite.

Abraham has done this to his opponents, pulling out of fights when he's not on track to make weight and then taking fake sick pictures to make it look legit.

    What comes around goes around.

I see no reason for Dirrell to have lied about being hurt. This is a big fight that's important to Dirrell's career. I doubt he's afraid of AA.

I will jump for joy when your countryman Dirrell will be chipping for air on the canvas waiting for the stretcher..

Get a life . You're just another pasty ass rotten tooth xenophobe.

If Arthur couldn't knock out Lajuan Simon he won't be catching up to Dirrell.

He has an injury that's very tough to prove. I'll jump on the cynics bandwagon and question the validity of it also. This is a big fight in Dirrell's career, one that he will either lose by KO or stink out the joint winning on points because he runs all night. Either way he won't gain any fans and nobody will be salivating to see him fight again. In fact this is probably the worst match-up of the super six but then again any fight involving him is on the bottom of most people's list. I won't kill anyone who questions his injury.

Too much drama, this was postponed 3 weeks later not a year.
