Roach didnt exactly have a spectacular KO ratio either (28%), and has 13 losses, so I dont know that he ought to be talking all that noise.

When Amir fought Barerra, Roach ran his mouth to Juan Gonzalez who used to work for King. Juan told Freddie to "shut his ****ing big mouth" and if he said one more word that he was gonna smack him in the teeth on the spot. After that you could hear crickets chirping in that dressing room. Roach suddenly became a mime. lol.

I always suspected Roach was gutless. Now we know.

You guys are ****** about this, never mind just "silly". Malinaggi is as brave as a tiger.He has no punching power, but has fought all kinds of punchers, mostly KO artists, and in many cases won the fight, against all the natural odds. He's one of the toughest guys in the sport.

He's an excellent boxer.

Here is a guy that is entertaining and hillarious!! I had no interest in the KHAN-- Malinaggi bout but now Í'm probably going to watch it. Props to Malinaggi fro doing such an excellent promotion for his fight!! We need guys like Malinaggi , Haye, Mayweather, they make boxing so much more interesting! You got to admit that this war of words has caught everyones attention. The question is , is Roach in it too? , or is he just genuinely pissed off? You can say what you want about Roach but unless you had ever actually seen him fight he sure was exciting and always came to fight. But, don't get me wrong he was far from world class but he was a hell of an ESPN fighter back in the day and I am sure I have many of his fights on VHS down in the basement.
