Tensions are certainly heating up for the American debut of WBA junior welterweight champion Amir Khan. i think freddie has always been a tough guy , i never saw any of his fights but from what i know he was tough in the ring and wasn't afraid to get ktfo. and on top of that he trains his fighters to finish their opponents off and not just technically beat them. which for me is what i love about the guy.

I like Paulie to beat Khan. I'd be happy to see him claim another title. To hell with Roach. He's becoming as much a promoter as he is a trainer.

Roach didnt exactly have a spectacular KO ratio either (28%), and has 13 losses, so I dont know that he ought to be talking all that noise.
When Amir fought Barerra, Roach ran his mouth to Juan Gonzalez who used to work for King. Juan told Freddie to "shut his ****ing big mouth" and if he said one more word that he was gonna smack him in the teeth on the spot. After that you could hear crickets chirping in that dressing room. Roach suddenly became a mime. lol.
