Only if he beat Floyd. Pac has beat better fighters than Floyd has (IMO) but that doesn't mean he automatically beats Floyd.

Pac agreed to a fair fight by following the rules of the NSAC. You sound like you need a reason to question him like Floyd needed a reason to not fight him.

floyd is the biggest hyped job in boxing, hyped mostly by his own mouth. a 95+% defense boxer like floyd can never be great in boxing in the likes of SRR, Armstrong, Ali, leonard, hagler, hearns. his legacy, if ever he has one is already replete with what "would and what could" happen if he fought this and that fighter, meaning his legacy deals in fatasy fights that he could and should have fought. he may have gotten so much money out of boxing but he will have to account for it in history. he may be smarter or even the smartest in boxing and that he was able to duped many but history will catch up with him later on and it will never be kind. he will have to contend with the highest accolade he may be accorded which is the greatest fighter that never was.
