Maybe he really meant to say "I Can Get Beat Up By Ward, Froch, Kessler, and Abraham."

I think Allan Green is going to surprise some of you. He's on the same level as all of these guys. No one has been impressive in this tournament with the exception of Ward beating Kessler. I could see him beating anybody in this tournament by KO in a similar fashion to how Abraham beat Taylor (trailing on the scorecards but still able to get the stoppage).

no he can't, sorry to say, and i like green, but the facts are the facts he doesn't have the chin or the stamina at this moment, maybe in a year or so, but no, all he has is a punchers chance and against all those guys, you need more than a punch because they all have better than average chins, especially abraham........

Abraham wasn't trailing on the scorecards when he knocked out Taylor.

I agree and I'm a big Taylor fan. Abraham was comfortably ahead in the 12th round. I forgot how many rounds ahead I had him but I know Abraham did not need that KO to win.

Yep,Taylor won 3 of the first 4 rounds since Abraham basically lets you do whatever early on to see what you do.Even then Taylor was just firing an inefective jab.
He won another round later on,he was down 2 points or more after 11.

I'm still dumbfounded by the fact that Green didn't have to fight his way into this tournament. The Super Six is based on points, and I can't see how it's fair for Green to be sitting with same point tally,(even though it's 0 points), as Dirrell and Kessler, whom both already had to fight an elite SMW, while Green is fresh and rested. Showtime should have forced an eliminator with someone like Bute or Bika, instead of just installing Green into the second round.

You're right, Abraham had a sizable lead before he finished off Taylor. I stand corrected.

Green has been knocked down before but he's never been KO'd and has shown the ability to get up after a knockdown and finish the job. His only loss against Edison Miranda could be blamed on him going down from 168 to 160 to fight him or due to problems from his colon (had 85% of it removed about 4 months after fighting Miranda). I think the fight with Ward will be a competitive one. Coming into this tournament Ward was unheralded and before beating Kessler the biggest name on his resume was his victory over Miranda. Ward has also been knocked down by B-class fighters. Should be a good fight. Green is more athletic and moves better than Kessler so Ward won't be able to beat him in the exact same manner as he beat Kessler. I'm not saying Green is going to win but he has more than a puncher's chance against any of these guys. At his best he's an explosive, intense fighter with dynamite in each hand. He's also knows how to cut off the ring to set up his power. Should be a good fight and I won't be surprised if he wins.
