i'm telling you oscar was a good win!

the only thing is how he won it. if he won in more convincing fashion and didn't make the fight so dull , it could have been better.

but on paper oscar was a good win. just not the fight itself.

I know...lol...it's just funny when people come up with names for Floyd to fight like they came up with Mosley just a few months ago. Now he's going to fight Mosley but now he's old lol.

I agree Tua. The fight itself ******, but people won't give him credit for the win because of how he won it. The fight didn't sell 2.4Mill PPVs because people were eager to see Floyd win in an easy fight, 2.4Million thought DLH had a chance to win.

Sorry but the truth is the truth.
I wouldn't vote them in... But, I could see how somebody would make a case for them to go in just due to fight they had with each other... I wouldn't vote Gatti in but I could see how somebody would make a case just cuz of all the wars he had... I mean a lot of people vote any guy who was popular in the HOF just cuz they were popular at a time.

            Gatti

Thats 5 Hall of Famers that Floyd beat.
aside from oscar , those guys are not HOFers.

maybe wbc hof or something but not canastota.

jmm will probably get in based on his 2 fights with pac. though i think it's undeserved.

corrales and gatti are slim chances. maybe they'll get in because they made some entertaining fights and fan favorites and the tragedy of their deaths but as far as resume they shouldn't.

castillo is probably never gonna get in.

remember genaro has a better resume than castillo. genaro is still not in.

No the best way to catch athletes for PED's is for the drug testing agencies to continue to make break threws in testing technology, because what they use now is really not that effecient (hence them never catching anyone until just a few days ago). That is why I would never critize Pac for not accepting a testing program that is ineffecient and has never worked. I could go into more details but its a moot point. Bottom line is this

The pressure is not or never has been on Pac. The pressure is/should be on the drug testing agencies (to develop less invasive and effecient testing procedures...something they have acknowledged) and the Commission, by working out ways to better clean up the sport. Why blame an athlete when an entire system is actually at fault.

                Yup

But like Burner said, they can't backtrack if Floyd beats Pacquiao

They've hyped him up as the best of his era and the "Man to beat Floyd"

Impossible to discredit Floyd if he wins

Bro I could give two ****s about any of this. The Pac-Floyd fight came down to a cutoff date. NOTHING MORE.

Pac wanted 24 days and is now shown getting blood drawn 19 days out.

gatti, corrales, & castillo ARE NOT REAL LEGIT BONAFIDE HALL OF FAMERS.

Corrales & gatti will probably get in because they died tragically & they were "fan friendly" fighters, instead of actual boxing skill & achievement.

Good job trying to prop up boderline hall of famers in order to prop up a fraudulent jr.

                      oh really?

pac is 32 that's old for a slugger.

                      he's also had 50+ fights.

                      he's also a natural featherweight.

not a great win for floyd at all.
