he doesnt have to petition all of them, just the major ones (NV, CA, NY and maybe TX)
maybe attend some of those boxing organization conferences and state his case there.

Bro he cant just petition the "major ones" It would have to be every where boxing is held. In other words impossible for one man to accomplish. The best he can do right now is lead by example and hes doing that with Mosley.

no that would be wrong. But since he made the claim that it's about cleaning up the sport and not simply about self preservation i expect him to at least pretend like he's doing anything about it for any other fighter besides himself.

like filing a petition with the nsac, or spending his interview time educating the public of the dangers of this epidemic instead of bashing pacquiao. or publicly endorsing his support for someone who does have the power to make a differnce like john mccain who wanted a nationwide boxing czar to standardize the rules of boxing nationwide.

by Floyd standing his ground in the negotiations with Pacquiao, and going public about the drug testing issues currently in boxing, he is already making the necessary steps to clean this sport up.....the TS is an idiot....Mayweather is a professional Athlete who is getting ready to train for an upcoming fight, and he wants Mayweather to turn his attention to writing letters to State Athletic Commissions......what an absolute idiot

not really. the north dakota athletic commission doesnt really matter.
start cleaning it up at the top and the rest will likely follow.

So boxers in North Dakota dont matter? Its okay to cheat there? Really?

Every State where boxing is held matters. Thats why its to big for one man to accomplish. Hmm about this thought. How about guys like Pac, Hopkins, Khan etc... Implement OST into their fights voluntary;y like Floyd does. Maybe it should start with the boxers.
