So Cotto can't catch a brake??he faced damn near all the top ww and you guys calling him scare?!?!I laugh at these jokester that don't know **** Cotto is a proven battle tested WW Warrior not unlike some of them calling themselves great but haven't tested against top Ww.By the way Cotto is still a force in the WW division and he will still wash up Berto,Collazo,Cintron, and he would step up to Floyd too.Cotto ain't no *****!

        three things to say:

-Cotto is not runnin away from a division he just owned. Now Pac is the boss.
-Cotto won't fight Toni Margarito - not in thounsend years. He said it himself.
-Pac won't move up fightin Cotto for his 8th or anyone else. forget about it.
and Pac said himself he won't move up again in weight for the 8th. after the Cotto fight.

I'll bet the Cotto stans on here will ask, "Who wrote that article? Iceta?" Sure I think Angulo could beat Cotto? What strong pressure fighter has Cotto ever beaten?

This is a good move by Cotto IMO, he gets to have a shot at a title and beat an un-defeated fighter and if he does he'll gain some much needed confidence. He's never been the same after getting beaten up badly by Margarito's plaster riddled hands... everyone was scared of Cotto before that and i believe once he get his confidence back he'll be stronger than before, no doubt.

I don't know man. I get the feeling Arum is cashing him out.

It's a win win. Cotto loses he still makes bank and retires, he wins he's got another money fight at 154.

I just don't know if Cotto's heart is still gonna be in it fully.
