Valero is on a roll right now. He's hot. Bradley is the perfect fight for someone like him.
Have to agree. Valero fights to the level of his opponents. I'm sure Valero is down to fight Bradley. He is ****y and he isn't young so he is going all out. That's his style. It would be a good fight but I would have to favor the Venezuelan. He's still too open but he is improving his head movement and is obviously more patient. Either way, Valero's next fight will be against a top junior welterweight, be it Bradley or somebody else so I don't think fans will have reason to complain.

It might work in his favor to be honest. Lose to a champ so his invincibility is lost so more guys and more dates lined up because he will be well known but worth the risk.

Unless of course it's one-sided, which I kinda doubt it would be.

        Mission accomplished!
tr used bradley's name to prop up valero then quickly turn the other way when confronted with a real fight.

Sad thing about it is that its a fight that either guy can win.

          It was a fair move

That move by Bob Arum is justified. Valero should know how much he will be getting whenever he fights and his promoter should be able to have that information on hand. Just like what Arum said that his fighter can not wait forever cuz Valero likes to be out there to fight...so the only right thing for him to do is to look for another fighter who can fight Valero. Arum is just doing his job for his man. Respect him for being that. With Shaw it is different...if he does not like the other guy he will prevent a fight to take place just like what happened to Donaire and Darchinyan. He said a rematch won't happen cuz he does'nt like Donaire. Now Shaw is saying that Donaire vs Darchinyan can eventually happen. It took him too long to make that decision. That could have been a good fight a long time ago.

I think shaw and bradley should step up and fight the winner of hbo mar.6 alexander-urango,that will determine the #1 at 140.

That cut must not be that bad for him to come back as early as June, arum is just playing everyone as his puppets , cuz he has 2,3 options for the majority of his stable .I see the Peterson/el inca matchup and another fight for el inca happening before Bradley matchup.

Arum has messed up alot of fights, and as long as he's around, he always will.

i believe valero has a shot at beating bradley, valero just keeps coming and throwing bombs,i still remember how holt knocked him down, why can't valero?...besides bradley isn't a big puncher so it's not like valero has to be that careful,he'll just go in trying to destroy bradley

When Arum mentioned Bradley after last fight, I was impressed to the point of disbelief. Disbelief would have been the correct reaction.
