The straight lead right and left hook works best. Clottey is proficient with all the offensive and defensive tactics to defeat a southpaw. Does that mean he can beat Pac?? Not saying that, but he has the tools to do so.

With that said I do believe Clottey will do a lot better than Pac's last 3 opponents.

Why cant I just think Clottey with his proficient boxing abilities has a chance? Does it have to be anything more than that?

The sig wasn't my idea, I was offered it and joined the cause but Pac's refusal to accept the testing has soured me on being a fan of his. Its kind of like that Tiger Woods effect, I can care less about his cheating on his wife, but people in the media acting like its the end of the world, those who saw him as a hero, role model.

Pac and his refusal to test for PED's, I find it disturbing. I can't support the dude till he proves he's clean. I'm a baseball guy so PED's has always been a major issue for me.

Also people fail to realize the key weapons you need to be effective against southpaws is a great right hand and good left hook. Not only are those Clottey's money punches, but he may have one of the best right hands and best left hooks in boxing. That left to the body and head Clottey throws is pretty nasty. Now when you combine that with his great defense/Iron chin, I find it hard to see how anyone believes this will be an easy night for Pacquiao.
                  We Agree, how unusual.

Really?... Do you really need me to explain... Okay

                    1. Clottey's work rate is the first issue i'd like to point out. he's not busy enough to have a chance at winning rounds and accurate punching will not make up for that

                    2. Fading - I've never been sure if Clottey actually has a stamina problem or he just fades in fights. It appears that he fades though. He gives away the last say 3-4 rounds to his opponents for some wierd reason seeing that I dont think Stamina is the issue it probably a mental thing

                    3. Power - Some might say that Clottey has a punchers chance but actually he doesn't... He has a 51% Ko percentage over his career with the majority of them coming early on. And when was the last time he KO'd a top opponent with a proven chin like Pacquiao?.... Never

                    4. Speed - the saying speed kills will define this fight. Not just because Pacquiao possesses so much of it, but because Clottey possesses none of it... He has the foot speed of a snail and the hand speed of a paraplegic

                    5. Weight - Clottey complained about making the 147 limit after the Cotto fight, stated that he strugged to get there and contemplated moving to 154, I believe that he even had a fight possibly lined up at 154 a couple months ago if i'm not mistaken. Of course he wouldnt turn down this fight but he'll struggle making weight again I can only assume
