I don't think manny is a GREAT fighter, I'm only commenting to those who thinks he is. If you really knew boxing you would see through the truth. Manny is a manufactured fighter that Bob Arum has fooled the public(especially the filipino) audience that they have a good fighter. Look at how he got KO'd in those bouts you will see a below then average fighter.

Manny aint no Duran and never will be.Manny wouldn't have gotten pass Savadore Sanchez back in the day not to mention Hector Camacho let lone Aaron Pryor. He won't even fight a untarnished fighter to this day. Clottey is just another fighter coming off a tough loss that Team Pac is trying to take advantage of so dude is right a real fans sees exactly what Top Rank is doing.

You can't say Roberto Duran in the same breath as Manroid..Duran was a great fighter. A level that Manroid could never reach. Even saying how great Duran was he quit against Leonard, got kO'd by Hearns, lost to Benitez and Haglar. He didnt carry his power in the higher weights because he wasn't on roids like manny

Im telling you that barrera was old and washed up, morales was old and washed up and raheem had beaten morales before manny did. marquez fought manroid to a draw the first fight and lost by split decision on the 2nd fight. With that said IMO Marquez won the 2nd fight against Manroid. hatton was a bum and delahoya was weak and had never been at 147 for over 10 years plus they had a stipulation in the contract where delahoya couldn't gain no more then 5lbs. and against cotto, it was the same thing. Manny is not beating the fighters, the fighters are losing to the scales. If you knew boxing you would no this but i dont expect you to because you could care less if manny is on steroids or not all you want to do is see someone beat floyd whether he's dirty or not.

the difference between *******s and true boxing fans...when manny retires *******s wont ever watch another boxing match again, but a true boxing fan wont even notice manny has retired...if you are in the first category then i dont bother with you. manny is a good fighter and a great fillipino but hes def. not the best thing to happen to boxing even within the last decade if u ask me...
