Yeah. One loss means overrated these days. I wonder when these guys will learn

Peterson surely wouldn't have the chin-advantage in that matchup.

Peterson was competitive with a much better fighter in Timothy Bradley, and his style is to counter punch. Valero is not that good, and very predictable, I think Peterson could kick his ass unless Valero drastically improves his skills.

i doubt that...valero has hard punches and can devestate peterson...but then again valero does leave himself open which lamont peterson can take advantage off...

valero knows only one thing: and that is attack. leaving his defense open eveytime he launch an attack. he lower his guard when he lunge a punch. i don't think he can handle peterson's boxing skills.

valero always dreamed to fight pacman but watching his fights, he would be lucky if he survived the second round with pacman.

I said it before Top Rank is using names to generate hype. They have no intentions of putting Valero at risk with none of the top names at 140. They will end up fighting a softy because one false move and Valero is exposed and all the potential earnings are out the window.

Seriously wtf is up with all this valero ****sucking I posted on the first article that there was no way arum would put valero in with bradley and thats what happened. Are most of you guys blind??? the better the opposition valero faces the less power i see in his hands I mean he landed flush shots to demarco and demarco was standing there.

In that fight the boxing skills speed and movement of valero was to much for demarco something i taught he wouldn't have. If people actually paid attention valeros power isn't great as advertised and his chin sure isn't. Demarco landing some shots and valero quickly grabbed him on I mean seriously????

lol didn't we see this with shawn porter this friday i mean wasn't he a ko artist thats what happens when you face bums. Valero hasn't even stepped up to one of the best in either division and there are already lots of flaws in him. What will happen when he meets a guy who is strong and has a good chin and great boxing skills??? he will get exposed thats why arum don't want none of top guys he just wants ok fighters.

I like Peterson I don't like this fight for him. Valero is a beast and a much better boxer then people think.

But if it happens I'll be tuning in for sure! I'm feeling soo good about boxing.
