New Ruling Body

I think there is a new ruling body in boxing, it is headed by Oscar Delia Hoya. Oscar said no to Margarito's application of reinstatement to the sport of boxing. I do not know what makes Oscar thinks that he got that final word for that matter. Maybe somebody should remind him that the whole world is still waiting for him to sign that waiver that Mr. Hauser prepared for him. Until he signs that waiver the whole world of boxing is thinking that he is hiding something. Just like what Mr. Hauser is telling Oscar Delia Hoya " SIGN THE WAIVER OR SHUT UP ".

I'm Mexican and I have to say " **** De La Hoya " you've never been great to Mexicans you coward!!! i've never supported De La Hoya and I don't know any true Mexican that has!
