Hi, everyone. I'm totally behind Oscar on this one. In my opinion margarito should never earned another penny in the ring. Margarito should be banned for life, I believe he and Capetillo still got off lightly, they should've been prosecuted and perhaps sent to jail. It was criminal what Capetillo and him had in mind. Thanks god, they got busted!-- has anybody heard of the Resto story...Comment

actually there has been some grumblings that he has been discussing to CSAC his displeasure with the aspect that Margarito will get his license back. Most of CSAC has been of the mind that Margarito did what he was told (not fight, not appeal, not make this a public issue) whereas Capetillo ignored the rules, trained in Cali, and was in the corners of fighters in Mexico.
remember some things
1. Golden Boy is California's most lucrative promoter and has tons of shows in California whereas Top Rank hasn't had a show in California since the Margarito issue
2. Top Rank and Golden Boy are now at odds again and what better way to screw Arum than to have one of his more popular fighters, and a possible opponent for Manny, on the sidelines unable to fight in the US.
3. Margarito said some harsh harsh things about Oscar in terms of his manlihood and what not.
