There's nothing in PAC's past fights against counter-punchers that tells me he could beat *****, sure, PAC has a puncher's chance. But, even in victory, PAC didn't look so great in them.

Everyone talks about PAC's high workrate as his biggest asset against *****, who has a very economical, but efficient workrate. The problem is, PAC's workrate goes down against counter-punchers, he simply isn't as effective. Struggles to close the distance against a same-size opponent(Juanita), and I would imagine that it would even be more difficult to close the gap against a taller opponent who can jab like *****.

Not ignorant at all. Just an informed boxing fan. Like I said, PAC has struggled against counter-punchers all his life, and those opponents are nowhere near *****'s caliber.

Those Juanita Marquez fights is all the proof I need. He was never able to cut the ring off against Juanita. If he wasn't able to get those huge punches off against Juanita, the fight would've been a lopsided UD for Juanita and the scorecards told you that story.

See, you can't really come up with a solid argument for PAC.

Facts:

PAC struggles against counter-punchers

PAC's crazy workrate goes down to normal against counter-punchers

PAC gets outmanuevered by counter-punchers

PAC has difficulty closing the distance against counter-punchers, unless they come to him !!

Not really, Cotto, Hatton and De La Joto came right at him.

Think about it, the only controversial decisions PAC has been involved were against the same fighter, Juanita.

We all know ***** is head n' shoulders above Juanita in speed, accuracy, sense of timing, sense of distance, footwork and counter-punching ability and add the reach advantage he'll be having over PAC !!

It's a tall order my man, that's all.

Seriously im trying to be nice and i respect your oppinion, but you have to come up with more than JMM fight. That was a different weight different time and every fight takes lessons out of the ring after a fight. maybe you are discrediting Pac a little much and Floyd not enough. Why do you think Freddie Roach himself, focuses so much on the two fights ***** has had against southpaws(Corley & Judah) ??
