I think Quintana beats Berto. Quintana is more seasoned than
Berto, has skill in the ring and he has fought elite fighters already
while Berto hasn't truly been tested with exception to Collazo.

agreed and i just don't know if berto will be focus in this fight and quintana will catch you slipin if you not 100 percent i mean berto has a shot i guess but i had collazo winning that fight and i think quintana is a little step up cause of his southpaw stance i don't know which way i'm goin yet but i'm more so leaning with quintana this might be a good fight tho

Berto is in the same perdictament as Cotto was/is in and that is the
obvious which is, Berto needs a new trainer and corner to bring out
all of his hidden talents and that can push him to the next level.
Quintana has the skill to out box Berto and beat him by a wide
            margin.

Collazo and Quintana are the types of fighters Berto needs to keep fighting to hone his skills and get ready for a big dog.
right about that..it looks like hes hit a wall in his learning and i think tha the needs a different trainer to take him even further in his development into an elite fighter..

I think if Berto brings his A game he should stop quintana, but the thing is, Berto has these lulls of unfocused garbage some rounds and lets shots just slip in for no reason other than laziness. I see very little reason why berto shouldnt blow him out unless hes mentally unfocused.

I think Quintana is a better counter puncher than Berto, but I think Berto's physicality will compensate for that. I think Berto hits harder than Quintana does too. Close fight to call either way though.
