Every1 is jumping on Manny over this steroid **** but Shane is an admitted steroid user. On top of that he beat a guy who's a damn cheater himself. He wasn't even considered to be in the top 3 until he beat a plaster-less Margarito. So imo he's not the best in the division. Pacquiao is.
