Floyd is the biggest draw, but Manny is more popular. Floyd has better PPV numbers because his fans and the haters pay to see his fights.
Time Magazine Asian edition. He hasn't sniffed the cover of the US version.

It doesn't matter idiot. It's about popularity, not ****ing weight classes ****.

Nice 135 lb. cutoff, as if the 5 pounds above, where he fought Gatti (@140), is enough to make a difference in what the 'average American' thinks. Heavyweight is the only weight class with that type of stigma.

Floyd sells more PPVs and knows how to market a fight. Pacquiao is more popular than Floyd outside the ring and more well know to people who don't watch boxing.
        wtf?

more like ppl pay him to see him lose because after the big hype up againts dlh, it became like a balareena show. then **** started to slow down in terms of ppv sales.

next show for floyd was againts hatton, both were hyped up to lose their 0. 1mill down from 2.5 mill and dont get me started with Marquez.

          What's so hard to understand?

Floyd is the cash cow and Manny is more popular than Floyd.

I think he was the first boxer in history to be on the cover of TIME magazine.

Manny is more popular than Floyd outside the ring.

He's the biggest draw in boxing, but he's not the most popular boxer right now.

and how much ppv does gatti-pbf generate at 140? 400k? pac-hatton at 140 sold almost 900k, it's still the hightest ppv numbers 140 and below. higher than dlh & pbf numbers at the same wt class.

That was after De La Hoya, Mayweather-Gatti was before De La Hoya. Unlike you, I couldn't give **** about who's the bigger draw, but the fact is Mayweather is the bigger draw.

If Pacquiao-Clottey does 1 million, then you can argue something. Because Mayweather-Mosley is gonna sell 1.5 and Mosley doesn't even have a fan base.

now your making excuses. i'll use it on you. The Pac-JMM was also before the Pac-dlh and in much lighter weight class. Who you think is a draw Gatti or the 130 lbs JMM?

Floyd-JMM 1M PPV, Pac-Cotto 1.3M same weight class...JMM's top PPV before the fights was 450K with the Pac fight. Cotto's top was with the Cheato fight at 500K, So no excuses... Pac outdraws PBF...PBF was...Pac's top PPv draw now!!
