How come WBA lets Mosley keep title yet forces Khan to fight mandatories?

isn't that double standards? I love Shane I really do but the WBA lets Shane keep his WBA welterweight title for more than a year without forcing him to fight the mandatories. yet, they force Amir to immediately fight his next mandatory after he just KO'd the first mandatory in 1 round. if Amir doesn't agree he will be stripped off the WBA light-welterweight title.

Who are they gonna make his mandatory? The WW division is dead...There aren't even that many bums outside of Matthew Hatton and Zaveck or whatever his name is. Nobody is gonna fight for the interim championship...

The JWW division on the other hand is live. There are at least 12 good fighters, 7 decent fighters and plenty of bums and a lot of them fight for the interim championships. That's why.

Yes it did. Go to the WBA's site and you'll see them list Shane as their super champion. Their regular champ is Senchenko.

you have WBA belt and at least 1 of the other 3 or they just plain make it up even without unification
either way it's so WBA can charge sanctioning fees for 2 different champions
