    I think that he will eventually be the top dog in the division and will also go up in weight to get some more belts.
    The only real problem for him is that he is fighting in the same division with Tszyu,PBf and others.

      What he does have going for him though is youth. By the time Tszyu is outta there, he'll fair a much better chance to dominate the division.

        Cotto's road through the 140 division will be hard even if Tszyu leaves. Not only does he has the issue with making weight, he also has to beat some good fighters such as: Floyd Mayweather, Vivian Harris, Ricky Hatton, Junior Witter and now Corrales and Castillo if they move up. So, it will be a very tough road for Cotto. He'll probably take a couple of loses along the way.
