Kessler is an excellent fighter and doesn't deserve a tenth of the criticism he's received after losing to Ward, who appears to be a highly gifted boxer. But if I were coming off of a BIG defeat like that, the last fighter I'd want to be facing is Froch. He's hungry, aggressive, fit as a marine and prepared to go to war right up to the last second.

Kessler's is still the favourite, but this is a tough, tough fight.

I really like Carl Froch. This dude gives a honest effort every fight has a huge amount of self confidence borderline ****yness. He's a bigger version of Vic Darchinyan.

6 months ago I'd say this was the easiest fight in the tourney to predict as Froch has a style that's tailormade for Kessler. Now it's who knows how much the Ward beating has taken out of Mikkel mentally and who knows if those eyebrows will pop open by the first meeting with leather.
Maybe Kessler hasn't been looking so good lately BECAUSE HE HAS STEEPED IT UP AND HAS BEEN FACING MUCH BETTER OPPOSITION. People forget to take that in consideration. I mean, for real, who has Kessler beaten before he lost to Calzaghe ? The best names (wins) on his record : Siacca, Lucas, Andrade, Beyer, Mundine. That's it. So maybe Kessler was just overated, and now, we know him for what he really is : a very good fighter who struggles with boxers. By the way, I'm surprised you changed your mind about the next fight against Froch. I still think Kessler will put a clinic on Froch. It would be a HUGE upset in my eyes if Froch won. Don't let your neighbour down like that...

I haven't changed my mind at all. I still predict a dominating win for Kessler. No way carl wins this.

BTW all the guys you mentioned (except Andrade) are champions. Kessler not only won against those guys. He won thouroughly barely losing a single minute of a single round. All those guys ****s on your boy Ward's resumé pre-Kessler.
