??? How is taylor shot, a shot fighter was Castillo against Hatton or Roy Jones against Calzaghe! He is just lacking the confidence, happens when you get laid out mate? Froch was not doing that bad, he had a terrible start, but from the 5th onwards he closed the gap, his body shots against taylor was the real reason he tired, although he does suffer with his stamina Froch made sure he would tire. Dirrell run like road runner he was that afraid of catching one on the chin, You don't beat world champs like that, Dirrell looked scared ****less, thus making the fight very dull, Froch is a warrior and will fight anybody anywhere! Who cares if somebody outboxes him, which they probably will eventually, but at least he gets in the ring and fights like a WARRIOR! If you cannot respect Froch you have probably never even sparred let alone boxed? Alot of larry merchant opinions floatin on this site, as roy said, you have to have laced them up to truly know what its like!

No, no, no, no and no.
First of all, I respect anyone who gets into the ring, regardless if they're a winless journey man to P4P best. It takes balls to step into a boxing ring and have someone throw punches at you. That's why, I never call any boxer a "bum".
I'm questioning Froch's ability on the world level, like Nicky Cook and Gavin Rees, I think they're very good British fighters and perhaps even on a European level. But when you step up the opposition these fighters can have a lot of trouble. Taylor has lost 4 times in his last 5 fights, he's been KO'd in consecutive fights and towards the end of those fights. Lack of stamina beat JT that night, not Carl Froch's ability. Taylor was boxing circles around him until he tired out, his heart has gone and he just let Froch get a TKO.
I thought Dirrell won the Froch fight, but I don't argue with results, Froch won but marginally against an inexperienced Dirrell. Do you think Calzaghe would have had that much trouble with Dirrell?
Kessler is an acid test for Froch, it's his coming out or going home party at World level.Comment
