    2) Instead of clicking on the direct link, view it in cache

            Indeed indeed. Haha. I tend to look at the time it takes them to respond back in the middle of a boxing argument. Then if they took a long time and have all this knowledge after they were looking stupid, then I know.

                    yes, technical problems only, because if its really dead, it would not allow you to even see site.

                    I use boxrec to check out the history of a certain fighter's records. For future fights, I have learned to accept that what they put on as their scheduled fight may or may not happen, but mostly not boxrec's fault. Changes in fight schedules do happen.
