o ok cool. What is a fighter typically called when he agrees to a fight stipulation, but suddenly changes it and it results in the fight being cancelled?

Someone who hasn't signed a contract.

What is a fighter typically called when he claims another fighter is ordinary or an average fighter...then goes on to say that same fighter must be on PED's in order to achieve what he has.

no it's a single word, not a phrase.. it slips the mind tho. I think there are two, one begining with a C and the other with a D.

oh and to answer your question : suspitious

LOL yea, Pacquiao is a coward. He's obviously shown that he's afraid of other fighters in the past and has adopted tactics that put him in the ring with people that have no ability to hurt him or beat him. This is the first fight where people can even suggest Pac may be ducking, however, his proposed oppnent has had the reputation of ducking difficult opponents for years. Hmmm I wonder who's scared of losing more...the man with a zero or the man who's been defeated before.

Your right Mayweather does sound suspitious. He contradicts himself by claiming Pac is ordinary yet he needs PED's to achieve his ordinariness. Its quite obvious Mayweather is up to something.

To all comments Pac and Mayweather

Boxing bodies have their laws, rules, policies, and procedures. If you want to be involve in them, abide by these rules. If somebody tells you otherwise, you have the right to refuse. Same as Floyd Sr. was sentenced to 5 years for drug pushing, why was he out in 3 years? Because there are laws and procedures governing drug-pushing convictions. Now, if the fight was in Texas, the laws of Texas boxing commission applies, if Vegas, then Vegas rules. If they fight in the Olympics, then Olympic rules apply. There is no Mayweather state created yet, where they can impose whatever rules they choose, same as there is no Pacman State. Why the imposition of penalty for over weight? There was already a precedent, where Floyd Jr. came in overweight vs. an underweight J.Marquez. So to all boxing fans, lets stop all these useless arguments, until they put aside all the crap, and get it on the ring.

I think the issue really was not 24, 14 or 5 days, the issue was principle.
