fres oquendo has claimed he can't get anyone to fight him.most recently cedric Boswell turned him down.Boswell said oquendo only offered him $5000.that's embarrassing considering tye fields got paid $25000 to fight Galen brown...the only guy oquendo can get is demetrus king(13-15),a journeyman at best.fres better get a new promoter or he will be left behind in the heavyweight landscape.too bad he or his people lowball potential opponents.feb20 they fight.
