I am quickly becoming less enthused with Juanma and Arum. I typically like how Arum grooms his fighters, there is nobody in the business who can make a superstar quite like him, however in this instance he really is not doing JuanMa any favors. It seems he is building up the wrong star, Gamboa is getting the chance to elevate his game. The fact that Caba is fighting Gamboa before JuanMa is an outcry. That fight in itself should be the main attraction instead of Concepcion/JuanMa. I believe JuanMa needs to speak up because Gamboa cannot keep going and upstaging JuanMa on the same night, the public at large will start to question, not just hardcore fight fans.

greatly dissappointed a Juanma. How is Gamboa fighting Caba instead of him?

JuanMa is the big man yet the likes of Copncepcion is hard to underestimate because he have the ability to adapt his opponent fighting style. JuanMa has the edge but not much of ensuring predictions to large margin victory, but rather his defeat will be just in the corner once he made mistake no matter how small that mistake might be but enough to reverse the momentum of the fight if it's happen!

At this stage, JuanMa would beat Gamboa but against Caba, I'm not so sure. Gamboa on the other hand have tools to upset Caba.

great double header, though it makes lopez look bad, considering everything caballero has said about him, you would think gamboa would be fighting concepcion and lopez would be going with caballero. still it would be a huge set up for a gamboa/lopez fight assuming they can both get passed those guys.

Juanma is a great kid with good talent but this made it clear that they avoided him. EVEN if Conception is better than Caba and even if concepcion could ko caba or box circles around him; this will be viewed as Juanma ducking Caba. There is no other way around it. AND if he fights him after Gamboa it will be even worse

What Arum is doing here is making Gamboa and Caballero fight so that the loser is eliminated as an opponent for Juanmaricon.
